Coffee in Chile

Those of you who know my coffee habits will be impressed/horrified that I am not only drinking Nescafe, (the powdered variety) but that I have also purchased a small tin of it.

The cafes in Cambridge can feel safe in the knowledge that nothing rivals their flat whites down in the coffee growing mecca that South America is.

I am not sure that placing a tin of Nescafe and a thermos of hot water on the table of The Deli or Tocatta would catch on.

  1. We celebrated our children returning to school with a yummy coffee (or 2) at the pink church. A chance to catch up with a few other parents after the holidays. Janes absence was noted! Wouldn't have thought you'd be indulging in wild boar and instant coffee though! A small price to pay for your adventures and I will now think of you every time I hame a yummy NZ coffee (with beans from South America). Keep up the news it's great.

  2. Thinking of you (actually, thinking of the coffee you are drinking). Have moved on to Seafood soup from the boar. The beer isn´t bad either!
